What this assessment collects
We collect the contact details, company profile, selected systems, rights information and restrictions you submit. We record your consent, optional follow-up choice, submission time and assessment reference. Do not submit raw company records, sensitive personal data, passwords or credentials.
How we use it
We use your answers to produce an initial fit screen and review potential data partnership routes. If you opt in, we may contact you about your assessment. We do not sell these intake answers, train AI models on them, or submit them to buyers without your separate authorization.
Storage and access
Your assessment is stored on Liquidory’s Hetzner-hosted server in Germany and can be accessed by Liquidory’s operator. Transport uses HTTPS. Hetzner provides the hosting infrastructure. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party form services on this site. Essential server logs may include IP addresses and request details for security and reliability.
Retention and deletion
Intake records are automatically removed after 90 days. You can request access, correction or earlier deletion by emailing the contact above with your assessment reference. We may verify your identity first. Daily infrastructure backups may retain deleted records for up to seven days. Server access logs rotate separately.
Your choices
Follow-up permission is optional. You can withdraw it at any time by email. Submitting an assessment does not authorize a data license or buyer introduction. Before any transfer, we will ask you to approve the named recipient and the scope.
